Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That will depend on your amp. This speaker is rated as 6 ohm so wiring two in parallel will present a 3 ohm load to your amp. You will have to check and see if your amp/receiver can handle a load with that low of impedance. You could wire them in series for a 12 ohm load but then the pair may not be loud enough compared to the other speakers in your system. If your amp/receiver won’t handle 2-3 ohms (the lower the impedance, the more stressing on the amp), you won’t do harm by wiring it in series and seeing how it works, as you may be able to just increase the gain on that one port. Many home theatre receivers have an automated calibration that will automatically adjust it for you (or at least try to).
