Bluetooth pair or if your phone is NFC compatible when the ear piece is in paring mode hold it close to the phone... I did this on my Samsung G7 Edge

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn on the headset, press and hold the button on the rear of the mic boom until you hear "pairing". Open the Bluetooth settings on the device you want to pair it with, click the search button if it isn't already searching, then select the PTL5000. You should be good to go.

Turn on your headset and hold the call button(small button on the back of your receiver of the headset) in for a few seconds. The red and blue lights should flash. Under your settings and Bluetooth press scan for devices. It should show up as Plantronics 5200 Series. press that on your phone and it should give you the option to pair to the device.
