Yes, it pairs to multiple phones and can answer calls on either device while staying connected. I don't know how well it puts one call on hold if the other phone receives a call though, can't remember the last time I ran into that... But if you use the button for voice commands, beware it usually brings up the phone that was paired first.

Absolutely. And does it well. Mine is paired with an Android and an old Motorola flip for daily use, then paired between a Mac and Android after work. It connects to the devices when it should. Only complaint is that it doesn't remember phone 1 or phone 2; it simply renames the 1st phone it connects to after powering up as phone 1. Can get confusing at times.

Yes, the headset will remember the last 8 devices it was paired to and it can be connected up to 2 devices at a given time but only one of these devices can actually use the headset at a specific moment.
