“What's the trick to getting the controller to connect again when the console has been off? The Xbox button light and the USB dangle both blink but never connect again. I always have to re pair them”

• I power my controller off first and then take the USB out and plug it back in and then power the controller

• Make sure the USB that you can take in that is plugged into the back of your charger you put it back into your console when you’re done charging see if that works
