“My glass lid doesn't fit tight onto the smoker. Is this normal? I feel it should be like a crock pot lid and almost have a suction to it. Thx”

My lid has a rubber like edge to it and seems to seal just fine. My friend bought one from kohl’s and it has the lid can be propped up on the unit, but she didn’t get the grill plate which I think is important, it’s like two appliances in one. I guess there are more than one model that are all called power xl smokeless grill. I am very happy with mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lid will not have a suction to it, but it should sit on the grill and fully cover the entire grill so the smoke is contained inside the unit.
