A:AnswerI’ve had mine for just over a year,same problem. I took the top of, got into the reservoir and it was frozen solid with ice. I turned off cold water switch and water started to run again after it thawed. Tryied the cable box fix of unplugging for a time and plugging back in but no luck, still freezes up. Any suggestions? $250 for room temp seems expensive to me.
