It depends on when you made the order. Check your pickup email reminder. It will give you the cut off date it will be canceled on. I always recommend to pick up asap. With this being the holidays Best Buy gets a lot of pickup orders. The sooner you pick up the more room they have for other orders. Hope it helped Merry Christmas.
