“Why is my Pro Wireless Controller not working on Fortnite? It is synced up and works for other games, but none of the buttons work for playing Fortnite. The controller that came with the Switch does work in Fortnite. Any ideas? Thanks!”

Make sure you're joycons are not on at all, and make sure that the pro controller is set up as number one. I also found that playing in the dock made it much easier to have the pro controller stay registered as number one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just ran into this with Luigi's Mansion. I had to go to the controller settings menu and remap the pro controller as the player one controller. I've not played fortnight on switch so it's possible it could be something different, but it's worth a shot.
