• I believe that Best Buy only offers the Haul Away service, if you are buying a similar product from them. If not then I'd recommend contacting your local Goodwill, Salvation Army, or similar organization to donate the old appliance. Good luck.

• Normally, they only haul away the product with the one you buy from them. You may charge for haul away. You can stop by BB store for details.
