Ed, thank you for your interest in our product. Answers are as follows: 1) Hole size is 20mm or 25/32 inch. 2) Spacing between center of holes is 2 inches 3) The safety spotter extends 16 inches from the frame. 4) These components are powder coated to resist wear. 5) Distance the barbell would rest from the wall is approximately 28 inches.
