QuestionI'm trying to figure out the height dimensions. The pull-up bar looks to be the tallest point at 84 inches, but what is the height of the back of the rack?

- Answer Chris The back of this rack measures approximately 72 inches from the floor before it angles upward toward the pull-up bar at the tallest point of the machine (84 inches). If you are intending to place this back portion close to the wall, please also keep in mind that the foot of this equipment extends from this back portion about 10 inches farther than the vertical bars. QuestionIf I pay the $70 for the shipping, will they be able to carry it to my door (3rd floor apartment)? I don't know how heavy the overall box will be but I don't know if one person can do it.

- Answer Jonathan The pull-up bar is designed to support a maximum user weight of 300 lbs. (136 kg). Do not place more than 510 lbs. (231 kg) of weight on the weight rests. Do not place more than 150 lbs. (68 kg) of weight, including a barbell and weights, in the landmine. Do not store more than 150 lbs. (68 kg) of weights on each weight tube. QuestionWhat size are the holes? Are they the standard 1"? I cant say I would be this otherwise because then the rack would not be expandable. Thanks !

- Answer The adjustment holes along the front where the J hooks hang are 2-cm in diameter, or about 0.8 inch. The horizontal posts for hanging weights are 4.8 cm or 1.9 inches, meant for weights that have 2-inch holes. We are not sure what you mean by having the rack be expandable because of the hole size. Answers are as follows: 1) Hole size is 20mm or 25/32 inch. 2) Spacing between center of holes is 2 inches 3) The safety spotter extends 16 inches from the frame. 4) These components are powder coated to resist wear. 5) Distance the barbell would rest from the wall is approximately 28 inches.
