Jonathan The pull-up bar is designed to support a maximum user weight of 300 lbs. (136 kg). Do not place more than 510 lbs. (231 kg) of weight on the weight rests. Do not place more than 150 lbs. (68 kg) of weight, including a barbell and weights, in the landmine. Do not store more than 150 lbs. (68 kg) of weights on each weight tube. Note: The rack does not include a barbell or weights.
