• It comes with straps for regular tennis shoes. You buy the cleat kind and put them on.

• No you can’t use cleats it only has straps to use regular shoes. When you get it you need to install the pedals, so if you’d like you can get hybrid pedals and put those on instead. We love the bike use it everyday since we got it.

• Marion The pedals do not have the SPD style of cleat/shoe lock. However, any SPD pedal should be able to be used on this bike. Thanks - ProForm
