- Answer Yes. You plug it in to use the screen. They recommend to plug it straight into the wall and not an extension cord and unplug after each use.

QuestionI have a low ceiling How high off the ground is the step at its highest point?

- Answer GMT123 This Model # PFEL01420’s step-up height is approx. 7 inches and the stride length is 5” (10” vertical). The highest point the foot rest can get is 18-22 inches from the ground (the variable is from toe edge to heel edge of the foot rest on an angle). Keep in mind that your body would never be fully upright from that height as you should have your weight on the opposite lower footrest. QuestionHow do you power down the tablet screen without up plugging the machine? There is not clear power down method or button. Also the screen does not go into sleep mode.
