Q: Ordering online and Shipping to Puerto Rico: Do you ship to your stores in Puerto Rico for pickup?
A: The actual answer is no because we are considered international. I don't understand why we are treated internationally by some and not others. Why we can't pick up in store as well. Companies like Walmart, Office Depot, SAMs (for examples) work for shipping and/or picking up. Why can't Best Buy? I see no point on having the Best Buy credit card if I live in Puerto Rico, 1 1/2 hours away from the nearest store. I would like if I could buy something and have it secured at the store and/or have it shipped. Also, is Hawaii and Alaska treated the same way? They may be states, but geographically they are NOT in the continental US. The same as us.
A: Correction.. you can.. swipe down and you get the android < 0 D buttons.. hit the circle button and you get the OS in the background, search something and watch... I understand iFit and what the benefit is.. but your answers should be correct.. I did not install any software, it is native to the underlying OS to play online video streams with sound.. I'll use iFit for as long as I can, I love it and it really pushed you through tough workouts.. I am 100% satisfied with the machine HIIT 14 now that I know it is also flexible to what I wanted. this flexibility will drive sales for this machine higher.. If you want to delete this post I'm fine with it.. I'm happy with what I have, and more so. I chose this H14 over the Max trainers of Bowflex and Matrix.. I am very happy with my choice.. only issue is the fan makes a noise like it's flapping against plastic..
Q: Reviews say squeaky noise from working out on h7 constantly any problems from h14
A: I have the h14 and it was squeaking really bad, to the point I wanted to return it. Found out you need to really tighten the bolts that attach the foot pedals and the stabilizer bars. I used a ratchet socket set and really tighten them down and it took out all the squeaking on ours. Hope this helps.
Q: Can you stream your own video or watch TV on the screen? Netflix, HULU, Prime, Disney+...
A: No, you can only bring up iFit and the built-in workouts.
A: Really depends if you're using it as a coat rack or if you're on it, exercising, for 150+ mins a week. 150 minutes is also speculative in that if you're breaking a serious sweat every time you're on it, you can drive that number down some. If you barely break a sweat or even never break a sweat, then drive that number up...
Q: Is there a ledge or place to set your cell phone on console or near the cup holder?
A: I place my phone on the display, which can be in the way a bit. There is no ledge made Specifically to hold your phone.
A: It's a combination of both, but probably closer to a stepper. I would suggest you do a quick search on YouTube for a ProForm HIIT trainer video and you will see the movements.
Q: Does this have adjustable stride?
A: The unit does not have an adjustable stride, it is as the website says for vertical rise and horizontal run. If you are a very short person, it is still comfortable in the sense that you can elevated one foot flat and the other extend down with the toe, as if walking stairs. If you are tall, you can full stride any way you want. I'm 6'2", my wife is about 5'10", neither of us have issues striding. I love this machine and try to exercise for at least 3 miles every other day, the machine itself makes so easy, especially the iFit!
