The actual answer is no because we are considered international. I don't understand why we are treated internationally by some and not others. Why we can't pick up in store as well. Companies like Walmart, Office Depot, SAMs (for examples) work for shipping and/or picking up. Why can't Best Buy? I see no point on having the Best Buy credit card if I live in Puerto Rico, 1 1/2 hours away from the nearest store. I would like if I could buy something and have it secured at the store and/or have it shipped. Also, is Hawaii and Alaska treated the same way? They may be states, but geographically they are NOT in the continental US. The same as us.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As the previous answer, they do not ship to Puerto Rico any item. I just moved to Puerto Rico from the states where I purchased the Bestbuy Plus and it is pointless since I can't place any order to be shipped to my mailing address. I live 2 hours from the nearest Bestbuy, I do have their credit card since years ago when I used to live back in PR now that I moved back but far away I can only purchase from them only when I go to San Juan area which usually is like once per month. I wish they at least open a Bestbuy in the west of the island but considering that they left the only Bestbuy store in Carolina I guess they will only keep the San Juan and Bayamon ones. I love bestbuy.
