Really depends if you're using it as a coat rack or if you're on it, exercising, for 150+ mins a week. 150 minutes is also speculative in that if you're breaking a serious sweat every time you're on it, you can drive that number down some. If you barely break a sweat or even never break a sweat, then drive that number up...
