“Thinking of getting this for my high school xc abd track to run on. Im hoping to do light jogging and walking. Is this a good enough treadmill? Stable? Programs on unit, not planning in paying for ifit. Can't seem to find any info on the web about this.”

This unit does not include onboard workouts, although there are a variety of free workouts through iFIT without having a paid membership. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think this treadmill will be good for that, very powerful motor and it is very stable. You get Ifit free for a year then just let it expire. To bypass using Ifit just hold the Ifit button down for 30 seconds. Hope this helps you!
