James Thank you for your question. This treadmill can be used in the manual mode without an iFIT membership. In the manual mode, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill as you wish with a touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display continuous exercise feedback. The display on this unit can show the following: Approximate Calories Burned, Calories per Hour, Distance, Incline, Pace, Speed, Time, Vertical Distance, and Pulse when used with a compatible heart rate monitor.
