• I had the same issue before I changed the filter. First changed the filter, then changed the water regulator. Turned out it was the filter and the water line was kinked.

• I had that issue when I first installed the new filter, my problem was that it was not installed correctly, so I took it out and placed it back as far in as I could. Problem solved. Hope it helps.
