Q: QuestionCan I use a Puresource Ultra filter instead of a Puresource 3 filter?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes you can! just don't try a puresource 3 in a fridge designed for a puresource ultra!

Q: QuestionWhy does this Frigidaire model WF3CB come in a red box and then there is a blue box?? What's the difference? They look exactly the same, but the red box looks more like the original Frigidaire filter....is there a difference???
Asked by Joel.
- A:Answer I bought a couple WF3CB filters in the blue box and they would not lock in. I bought the same part # in a red box and it locked in just fine.

Q: QuestionIf the ice maker starts to slow down a lot and the water comes out super slow could it be the filter?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer It is best that checks that the stopcock is fully open and that the water line that takes the refrigerator is not bent and if this is correct then it is the filter that already has to be dirty, what i would recommend is to verify that both the stopcock and the line do not have dirt in its interior to prevent free passage of water

Q: QuestionJust bought 3 of these and the top plastic spacer is very slightly different in size and would not click into the slot! Replaced the plastic spacer with the old one! Any way this can be fixed at the factory or do something else?
Asked by etp7.
- A:Answer Several models are having this issue and the Frigidaire gives a constant run around. The top spacer grooves were changed so that it no longer fits even a 18 month old side by side. The old ones fitted fine BTW. Please belly up and send us the correct spacers or a different filter. Also particles are floating in the new ones. Good times never end.

Q: QuestionMy new Puresource 3 filter will not click in properly. I'm guessing it's a spring, cause when I tried re-inserting the old one it wouldn't click either. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you
Asked by JohnBab.
- A:Answer I had the same issue. Took out the filter housing and found that its clips had separated from the housing which is why it wasnt clicking into place. Clicked the housing back into place and now works like new. Any questions, Youtube is the best place for tutorials...
