I refrigerator was here when we bought the house so it's about 10 years old and the water filter works really good. Just push in and pull out the old one and when you install the new one you just push it into your hair click and you dispense a couple glasses of water to get the air out of the lines and then you're good to go. Best buy's the only place that we can find them they're more expensive than they used to be but then again everything else is.

Easy to use and replace. Definitely filters out water contaminants, which can be seen by filter discoloration.

This PureSourcePlus is an excellent water filter for Frigidaire Refrigerators . It may be used for other brands, just have to check. I get a good 4-5 months out of a use for my wife & I, and we drink a lot of water & use it for coffee every day too.

Great OEM filter for older model Frigidaire refrigerator. Not sure about some of the aftermarket types. This one has worked well for me for years.

Product works just like it is suppose to work, Old filter was clogged and as soon as I put in new filter the drinking water started coming through sprout as it is suppose to do.
