• you need to purchase a multi user copy..... usually a 3 user. Or load your company file into dropbox, so you both have access, BUT don't open the file at the same time or you will have conflicted files.

• Buy one software, and authorize 2 users. I think there is a slight price break for second user. You do have to pay almost the same price for second user.
