A:Answer If you want better control over your company account, stick with QB Desktop pro+. Yes, after the 1st year, it comes to 25.00 per month (300.00/year) BUT you get more than the basic QB online that charges 25.00/mo. Furthermore, It offers what is equivalent to the more expensive versions of QB online, AND it is much more user friendly and forgiven, much easier to find errors to correct, the desktop version report center is SUPERIOR to the online version and you can extrapolate so much more of your numbers with desktop. It is a much better buy than the intermediate version online.... 25.00 vs 45.00.... that's a 240.00 savings per year. AND finally it's much easier to have multiple open windows ie. multiple reports open at the same time, than with online version, where you have to literally duplicate the web page, then create your next report, and then try to fit both windows on you screen side by side, or get 2 monitors or a 32" one...... Desktop rules! I'm serious.
