If you mainly wear sunglasses, I’d recommend the sunglass lenses. If you want something you can wear indoors and outdoors, transitional lenses would probably be more convenient.

If you intend to use the smart features primarily outdoors during bright daylight conditions, a dedicated sunglass lens (such as polarized options) provides the most consistent glare reduction. However, if you plan to wear your frames continuously indoors and outdoors to use the video capture, audio playback, and Meta AI features, Transitions lenses are highly recommended. Transitions stay completely clear indoors and automatically darken into sunglasses when exposed to outdoor UV light. You can review all available lens types and technical configurations on the Meta Store Smart Glasses Catalog. Thank you.
