“Can you wear the sunglass style ones to video yourself inside or would the clear lens be better”

• Definitely the clear ones for inside but they also make a transitioning lense for them to turn dark outside and clear inside.

• I don’t think the lens color messes it the camera at all but I think it would be better to get the clear lens so you can see better inside and outside as we’re the tinted ones you can’t see as well inside
