It only has an audio jack on the right side of the keyboard.

Yes... With two warnings

#1 On my older computer the USB ports would not support the power draw. (A powered hub fixed this)

#2 The ports are located on the keyboards RH side, you may find that the cord(s) interfere with mouse use.

Yes on the right side of the keyboard is a usb port and one 3.5mm combo jack port. Then the cord to plug into he back of your computer will have two usb to plug into the back and a jack end as well.
