Where to return if it breaks? Do i take it to bestbuy or send it to razer?

Hi friend, you have a one year manufacturer warranty, which can be fulfilled through Razer; however I would recommend that you get the product replacement plan that Best Buy/Geek Squad offers. If within the timeframe you have any issues at all with it, bring it in to the store and they will take care of you, completely.

If you have a warranty, return to Best Buy

If you got the extended warranty through Best Buy, take it to them. If not, then contact Razer directly to use their 2 year warranty.

If you registered it you can call or email razer, if you still have your 30 days or whatever go to best buy. But razer gives 1 year if it's their fault.

Depends. If you got the Geek Squad protection - Best Buy. If you didn't and it's still under warranty - contact Razer. If you don't fall under both of those, I'd still try contacting Razer. If it's a defect in craftsmanship or just stops working, Razer should be able to do something for you. Just make sure you registered your mouse on their website.

You can return back to a Best Buy store within 15 days of purchase. After you need to contact the manufacture for RTM an ship back to Razer.
