• I am a part of the BestBuy Total Rewards program, I really enjoy it and believe they do have a service for stuff like that, washers, dryers, tv mounting. It would be an extra cost to you, but I’ve found there are many additional benefits to it that made it worth it to me. I really enjoy my chair, hope you can get some help!

• I’m sorry you are in that situation, but in no way is that the chair manufacturers issue, maybe settle it with UPS.

• I dont see why they could not. Its a bit on the heavy side but it assembles in minutes and could be tooken to a second floor easily by one person.
