Customer Ratings & Reviews

To be honest I underestimated this chair, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase. I wanted to wait at least a week to post a review just to make sure. I also had the issue about a bolt aligning but after loosening up and slowly tightening back all bolts (of back rest) everything aligned perfectly. The back support is great. I’ve never had back issues but my old chair was giving me trouble. The back pain is gone. The armrests are out of this world. Not sure how I survived with up and down (only) armrests. These 4D armrests are the BEST. So many ways to customize their position. The build is super sturdy and does not make any noises at all. The stitching is top notch and I really like the materials, very high quality. The head memory foam is great. The back support is a little on the firmer side but honestly whatever takes to save my back it’s fine with me, plus I’m used to it now. The seat cushion is GREAT. It does take a moment for you to find a sweet spot of comfort though (back recline). The material used in the inner sections is similar to napa leather which is awesome because it holds you in place and you’re not slipping. It has great ventilation too. Not sure how but it doesn’t feel hot at all (like some synthetic leathers) Comfort is 10/10 ( and I am very picky ) You won’t regret it

I work from home and spend [more time than I should] sitting at my desk. I opted for a gaming chair because I figured they should be one that is designed for long-term sitting. Though the Razer - Enki Gaming Chair is more expensive than some other lower-end gaming chairs, the quality is worth it if it can be afforded. I was hesitant about spending $400 or so dollars on a chair as it was, hence why I did not spend the few extra hundred on some of the "high-end" options out there. I could not be more pleased with the purchase and will absolutely consider Razer for my next chair when I eventually need one. The good: - The packaging. The packaging is robust, and even though the outer box was damaged in transit, the next layer of protection was intact. - Assembly instructions. The chair was incredibly easy to assemble. I made the mistake of trying to assemble it in my office by my desk, which does not have the most room, so before unboxing, ensure you have lots of room; not essential, but would be helpful. - Comfortable. To include a cliché when being pleased with a product- with my old chair (a ~$100 office chair), I would get back pain, and my butt would hurt after about a third of the work day. With this chair, I have spent 14 or so hours in it with only periodic breaks with no pain. It is incredibly comfortable. - Features: The adjustable armrests were why I opted for this: I wanted to make sure I could adjust them to the appropriate height to maximize the ergonomics of my workspace. I do not use the recline feature to actually recline the chair, but it is great to be able to position the backrest where you want it. - Anticipated durability: the material and stitching are quite good. I sit in the chair every day for many hours and have 5 dogs that like to occasionally make use of it. I have seen no signs of wear, and it looks as good as the day that I got it. Considerations: - This is by no means a negative, but as this is designed for long-term comfort, the seat and back are firm; do not expect to find a plush sitting experience. It did take a little to adjust to this chair, being used to softer chairs, but once I got used to it, I found it to be more comfortable than softer-seated alternatives. Cons: - The stock armrest pads are not good. The armrest pads are incredibly hard and can be uncomfortable. I believe the same company sells alternatives, but I have not explored these yet. All in all, a great chair and worth every penny, IMO.

I really like this chair. I like the comfort and build quality. It’s easy to put together. The chair has a lot of adjustability in the seat height, the angle of the back, as well as where the arm rests sit. The back offers good support with a built in lumbar pad. The head cushion is memory foam, but is difficult to place meaningfully for your head, more like the back of your neck (I’m 5’11”). There is plenty of room to the chair, I have no issues fitting in the seat. I’d definitely recommend, especially if your a fan of Razer products.

Went from a lower end chair to this Razer and so happy I made the change! I work from home and game sometimes so I’m consistently sitting at my desk. Used to have back and tailbone issues with my old chair now I never notice anything and I work for nine hours a day. If you questioning, don’t. Get this chair.

I am coming from a $100 amazon "S racer" chair and this is night and day. The chair is firm, but not uncomfortable. The materials and finish are extremely high quality, and the whole chair feels like a quality product. The chair is comfortable, but it isn't a plush squishy chair. The lumbar support feels amazing on my back, it is actually giving proper support so my back doesn't hurt over time. Don't go into this expecting a plush chair, but I also don't advise against it.

I bought two of these and they are great. I watched countless reviews for this chair as well as Razer's other chairs and many other brands from the cheap ones all the way up to Secret Lab's Evo 2022. Ultimately I went with the Enki's and they have been great. I am 6'0" around 265 lbs and my GF is 5'7" and light as a feather and they work great for both of us. The pillow that comes with the chair was a bit high in the default position for her but I moved it down through the holes in the back of the chair and it is spot on (as shown in one of the pictures). The chair is very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. The armrests move in all kinds of directions so you can have a straightforward position for mouse and keyboard sessions or bring them in at an angle for gaming with a controller. The recline is easy to use and you can lock it in any reclining position with ease. This chair does not have the adjustable lumbar support that the more expensive Razer chair has but to be honest we both do not have any issues with that. It has lumbar support and it is in the right spot so I would not worry about that if you are trying to decide which version to get. This is a great chair for our gaming room and I highly recommend it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Had the chair for a couple months now and it hasn’t disappointed. Love the cushioning and lumbar support. Definitely recommend this chair to anybody in the market for a comfortable gaming chair.

So comfy and looks so good, very easy to assemble but if you grab a friend, it’ll be better.Chair is so relaxing and the back support is top tier

Will not be paying $600+ for a secretlab chair, got a $100 off on this chair, could not say no, best choice I made, I work 11 hours from home and this chair along with the lumbar cushion has been working for me for the last 6 months. A little cracking sound but other than that cant complain, beautiful and great quality. I will 100% recommend!!!

I bought this Enki chair for my daughter to replace the chair she currently had as it was breaking from constant use. I like that this one is Pink/Quartz it matches my daughter's Black Widow keyboard and wireless mouse, basestand V1 and her Kitty ear Bluetooth headset all from Razer. The only thing missing is a Quartz Laptop which i will get for her after she graduates as a gift for the kind of work she wants to get into. Anwyas its a very comfortable chair and feels alot better on my own back vs my Iskur char which i have, ill share a pic of my little set up too just to show proof that i have the chair and that im not making it up lol! Anyways its alot less expensive then the iskur chair and has a very nice premium feel to it as well. It came with a gray pillow which attaches with a elastic strip with a clip on it for easy installation. My daughter is happy with the chair and im glad i was able to buy her one as a late birthday gift. I recommend the chair if you are into Razer products and have the Quartz/ pink color in your computer set up.

Extremely comfortable, adjustable, and sturdy. Excellent for keeping good posture for long sessions and helps keep your back pain free. My old chair hurt my back after an hour not this chair. Made with good high quality materials. I highly recommend it.

I don’t even know where to start.. I work from home for 8-10 hours and game for another 3-4.. all day comfort is an understatement. I’m 200lbs and have had this chair for almost a year and it still looks and feels brand new. No more back problems!!

So the box flaps have cute humorous “Dont’s” on it, and a MASSIVE instructional paper, which are all great! The pieces are seriously good quality, heavy the way solid stuff should be, premium metal components. Quick setup process! Downside is a nitpick because it’s the same with all new seating furniture: seat cushion is stiff (new foam seating material is always stiff until it breaks in). If Purple got into licensing it’s gel cushions into office/gaming chairs it would be amazing for the future of comfort. But chair is rock solid, material feels nice and is easy to keep clean, head cushion soft and velvety. If you’re short like me at 5’4” it sits really well for the body size. Probably wouldn’t recommend if under 5’2” unless you have methods to avoid the circulation cutoff when sat in properly. Seat recline is amazing! Seat itself is more flat like a normal office chair so seat cushions fit great on it! The armrest height goes way higher than most other chairs with similar features and lower than normal too, so great for a variety of limb lengths! Definitely recommend this chair over ones with bucket seat styles!

By this being my very first gaming chair I have no complaints. This chair is very comfortable and sturdy. Its good for your thigh area because of the build of the seat is wide. Its comfortable for your back. When they stated made for "All day-gaming chair" they were right. The head pillow cushion is an extra bonus and well worth it. I am very satisfied with my razer enki gaming chair.

RAZER ENKI gaming chair is the most comfortable when i play video games on my PlayStation 5 or XBOX Series X.

Awesome chair! Got this chair for long hours of editing and gaming and was not disappointed!

Using for over a year now. Sturdy, good quality. Many years to go.

I am not joking with the title, I genuinely love this chair, it is super comfortable and the posture you have while sitting in this chair is great. It comes with a little pillow that is super soft and the recline feature is really cool! The chair is super easy to build, I was able to build it all in under 30 minutes.

This chair is best for my back pain. Not able to sit anywhere else because of the pain

I bought this as a gift for my fiancée. She’s in love with it. She loves the comfort, the room and space the chair provides her, and even though at first it was hard for her to use the memory head cushion, she found a way to make it work and it’s fenomenal for her now after some adjusting. Her brother also tested this chair and literally steals it from her every time he comes to visit. I haven’t tested it since it was a gift for my future wife. Since both my future brother-in-law and my future wife are extremely satisfied with this chair, it is fair that the Razer Enki earns a 5 out of 5 from me.
