Yes this version does come with the pillow. The X series does not so if you decide you want to save some money and not get the pillow or have the 4D armrests then go for the Enki X. But to answer the question yes you get it with this version.

No. It doesn't have it, but it has an adjustable memory foam headrest (pillow).

Absolutely! It is included in the box along with rhe allen key required to put it all together. It even has some black and green fabric gloves to use to out the chair together and not get it dirty.

Yes it comes with the low profile pillow which is by far my favorite on any chair I’ve owned as it doesn’t make you bend your neck when you are upright.
