• It says it is supported just not sure if there is any difference with supported devices with the xbox version versus the android version I think the only difference the buttons are more supported to work inside xbox cloud and gamepass with the xbox home button but I think other then that they are the same I am pretty sure

• It plays on the cloud and you shouldn't have a problem with the pixel I use a cheap Motorola phone with mine.

• No. The Razer Kishi will work with Android HID compatible games. If the game developer did not provide standard Android controller support in the game, then it will not support the Razer Kishi as well.
