Please try again later.As of now, I plugged my headset into a USB A 3.0 slot, after fully charging them, then i opened Razee Synapse 3, updated the drivers, and then tuned it in the Synapse software. As for Disxonnecting I haven't had any issues. This is currently December 2024.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, the software isn't that great. I have been able to remedy this by turning off the auto-turnoff function that turns off the headset after a specified duration of silence.
