A:Answer I believe it does, in order to operate it though your headset should be compatible with your equipment, i.e. laptop, xbox, playstation etc.., Defenitely look over the system that you are trying to use it with to see if they match up. Some systems like the xbox you will have to go into the settings menu and click on audio to adjust your settings such as volume or mic settings. I hope this helped.
