• I purchased these a few months back, and I haven’t heard much feedback through the headphones nor have my friends said they’ve heard any gameplay.

• This headset helps to capture your voice with clarity while suppressing background noise from the back and sides but it doesn't have noise cancelling feature. Did you try tweaking your settings for mic sensitivity? If yes and the issue still persists, please don't hesitate to inform our Support Team.
