Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The phone supports USB-C (which connects to the charging port) and aux based headphones. But the aux headphones can only connect to the phone using the THX certified dac which comes with the phone (which also plugs into the charging port). The THX auxiliary dac is supposedly the best there is so far, with the ability to enhance your listen in experience. As far as I can tell with the built in Doby ATMOS system it works pretty well. As a side note the phone comes with the THX dac in the box but it doesn't come with any headphones.

Please try again later.I bought this phone for my son so he knows more than me, he will be responding to this email as well. to my knowledge the phone comes with an adapter like an iphone 7 or 8 plus that plugs into the power port that you can plug headphones into. My son has the Bluetooth Razer headphones so I don't know if he has tried the adapter. But as a witness to the sound the external speakers are the best ive ever heard on a cell phone and the razor ear buds my son has are pretty amazing as well
