• Yes. All you have to do is hook it up to the USB port on your computer. This thing sounds amazing as is the best at its price point

• Yes, you only need a PC with a free USB port and Windows 7 64-bit (or higher). Also, about the software, Razer Seiren Mini works right out of the box without Razer Synapse.
