- A:Answer The manual states that assembly should take roughly 15 minutes (essentially just handlebars and a couple plastic pieces). You will want to charge the battery for about 12 hours before initial use, however.

- A:Answer It depends. If he/she can ride a bike with no training wheels. Should never start a kid with training wheels anyway. A balance bike is best. Training wheels create bad habits. Either way depending on the size of the kiddo, i would say 3 is probably to small. We got my sons his when he was 4. He is not 6 and has pretty much outgrown it.
