“Is the remote chargeable and if not what kind of batteries does it use? Also is the skateboard water-resistant or waterproof. For instance, can you go past/through a small puddle of water?”

The remote uses AAA batteries. So far my son has gone through puddles and sprinklers with no issues. I’m sure it’s intended to be water resistant for those reasons. I wouldn’t recommend submerging it in water.
