Hello Piper – This RCA universal remote is designed to work with most Sony TVs, including your Bravia KDL-46W4150, and there are several codes available for Sony. While we have great success with Sony TVs, universal remotes may not provide every single function found on the original remote, but the vast majority of features will work. We can’t guarantee compatibility with every specific model, but most users have an easy setup and positive experience with Sony TVs.
