I need to program remote to roku stick null

This product is not compatible with the Roku Stick. A remote app can be downloaded on the Android or iOS app store.

The roku stick uses bluetooth in the remote instead of IR. If you think about it, IR needs direct line of site to work. That's why you have to point your remote at the tv to make it respond. The Roku stick is behind the TV.... and pointing a remote to the back of a tv isn't something people normally do.
