“We have an LG smart TV with Roku built into it. I bought this universal remote that's supposed to work with that. However, we can't find a button that will open the apps, like Netflix. Please help.”

Your question is old, you have probably figured it out by now. But if not, I use the Menu button, takes me to my Roku home page.
