“how do I get the remote to sync with toshiba smart tv. I tried all the codes, however when I push a channel number it goes to a different number. Example I push 2 the remote goes to 3. Happened on 2 different RCA remotes.”

Hello and good morning you could only press the code it goes to your TV first I had some problems but I was pressing the wrong code I put it down a minute read the directions again went back and looked for the code wrote the code down on a separate piece of paper punched in in and it started working if it does not work it could be defective sometimes those things happen good luck
