• I just situated mine to get 35 digital channels, all local news so that seems to be the range, local perhaps 20 miles? I'm in South KC and I receive only the local news channels/major network broadcasts, QVC etc. I think it depends on the city and power of the local stations.

• BestBuy's website says 40 miles but the box says "55 Mile Range" but has a tiny asterisk. I never did find the disclaimer the asterisk referred to.
