“The instructions are pretty clear cut. Plug it into your iphone, then record a video or sound. That did not work for me. I made sure my sound is on, and my volume is up. I went into settings and turned on to allow USB. Nothing is working.”

• It supposed to just work. Try looking it up on YouTube for user experiences.
