Hi Yesus! Thank you for reaching out with this question. I'm sorry you're having issues getting ahold of the store. That may be a store that's still closed or only has a limited functionality. At this time, it doesn't look like their Autotech services are up at least. We have rolled out Autotech services in most stores recently. We hope to help you out soon!!
