“Here it says for installation there has to be either existing or new screen. My car does not have the screen, but I just bought it with a backup camera. Will this price include installing the screen also? It's part of the installation right?”

In my situation, I bought a couple different types of cameras for multiple vehicles. One with a built in screen on the rearview mirror and one was a tail gate cam with a separate screen I purchased. The installation fee did differ between the two cameras. If they give you a quote and they know the type and brand of camera, the quote will be accurate for the install.
