Take back to Best Buy so they can reinstall it.

Was this a factory installed back up camera? If so, see your auto maker’s dealership.

Check the electrical power connection for the camera. Usually installed in the fuse box. Check the electrical connection to the backup light for the sending unit. Usually on the left backup light at the rear of the vehicle.
