That is the price for removal of old refrigerator. Refrigerator delivery price is free if base price is over $600.00 if I remember correctly.

No. You have to pay extra for them to either move or haul away your old refrigerator. Depending on what type of refrigerator you bought, there is also a separate fee for installing a water line if you have an ice maker/ water dispenser.

Best Buy subs out the installs to independent contractors so it really depends on the particular company as well as the individual installer as to whether you pay extra or not to have your old fridge moved.
They came to deliver and install our new fridge a week ago and the guy tried to strong-arm us into paying him extra for moving old fridge. I offered to move it myself, but he said he only had 30 minutes. When I told him to take the new fridge back to the store and that I would reschedule delivery, he got nasty and cursed us.
Ask questions and clear up any potential issues with your account manager first. That's the only way to be sure.
