Refrigerator seems to be working well. It was a return because it had physical damage but was never used. It had scratches on the front and a dent on the side when we saw it in the store. When they dropped it off I was told they would install it and they said no. All I needed to do was plug it in so there wasn't really a problem but I asked if they could switch the doors around because it has the option and they said I would have to buy a kit for that so they could not do it. I asked in store and they said there was no kit it just needed to be turned around. When I got it and took the tape off it had a lot more scratches on the front of it than it did in the store. It doesn't seem to be affecting the usage but being told in store that they would install it and could turn the door around is a problem when they show up and tell me they cannot do it without a kit. In store they don't know anything about a kit. I think the delivery people were just lazy.

The installer did not give us the installation instruction manual before they left, as well as the warranty booklet. Appearance: it is stainless steel but unsure which category of stainless steel. Hope it can last long and no rust. Have not had a chance to test the temperature as was told it need to wait at least 46 hours before can store anything. Hope no issues at all. :) The size is perfect as it perfect fit our perspective.

Love the fridge but had to get a replacement because the latch on the door in door option wasn’t latching so I wasn’t able to open the main fridge door. Then the next was perfect but it began making a high pitch noise so they preferred to replace it since I was still in the return window(I wasn’t excited to replace it again but I’d rather do that than have a fridge die) when they brought the replacement a couple of days ago, the latch on this one is also messed up but the delivery guy was able to just use the previous door on the new fridge and it worked fine. But this fridge is warm and isn’t cooling at all. It ruined $350 worth of meat/groceries. It randomly spits out water too so we have to have a towel down so it doesn’t ruin my flooring. The soonest I can get a replacement is in two weeks. Also both times the delivery guy installed the drawer backwards(it wasn’t hard for me to fix) the first time they delivered they gouged my flooring in the kitchen and scratched my walls. I was referred to their insurance company who reached out but then hasn’t responded to any of my calls or emails since then. The whole experience hasn’t been great but overall I do love the fridge. I love the door in door option if the latch works. The back is lit which is nice. We love the auto fill option and the fact that it measures in ounces the amount of water you are getting from dispenser. Freezer is spacious and the snack drawer is great. Hoping nothing else goes wrong.

After having to spend 10s of hours researching refrigirators I bought this when I moved into my 1 bedroom apartment and I cannot be more happy. Multiple other refrigirators this size had tons of issues with leakage, needing service, and some even made cow noises (look it up lol) This thing works, never complained, and is QUIET. I have this in my kitchen and I don't think I can ever hear it making any compressor noises or anything. Never leaked any liquids/gas and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a small/medium sized refrigirator

Deliver kept trying to deliver to wrong address. Twice. First try got here and it was dented. They installed and allowed me to keep as loaner. Supervisor of delivery did not process damage for repkacement. I had to call. 2nd delivery tried to deliver at wrong address. Man at that house refused delivery. Got ahold again and rescheduled. Third time was a successful delivery. I love the refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator! The ice maker is quick and quiet. I love being able to see everything in the fridge all of the time. It is easy to clean and the counter depth makes the kitchen seem wider. The split freezer is great. Also, love the door alarm if a door is left ajar.

The water line was reattached from the existing line. The workers done it with ease. Making sure the water line was properly installed. Making sure that I did not open the doors until two hours after installation.

The first install team did a great job removing the old and bringing in the new refrigerator. Paid extra attention to ensure nothing in the home was damaged. Unfortunately, after taking out the old unit I noticed there was a dent on the front of the new one that was already there, but didn't make sense to bring the old one back in. They were very respectful took photos and filed the claim for me to get a replacement. Otherwise, the refrigerator looked great and was leveled vertically and horizontally. The second team that came to remove the dented refrigerator and bring in the new one also did a good job. They inspected the item to ensure no damage, and removed the doors to be extra careful nothing would get damaged, although I felt that wasn't necessary and was concerned about the doors being put on properly. They installed the doors but had some issues leveling the refrigerator, and used a power drill to adjust but the doors wound up high off the ground and looked forced making the refrigerator slanted and leaning towards the back wall. Was horizontally aligned but not vertically. They said it was my floor but my floor has always been even and the past refrigerators installed were even and never slanted. Also, the left door and handle are higher than the right door.

Best Buy uses many delivery companies. The delivery & Install company was A& C Delivery Inc. Oakland Ca. The two men were very professional. measured the doors and entrance spaces and strapped the fridge and carried it into the house never touching the floor. They spent most of their time carefully removing all of the plastic shrink wrap on the fridge. The delivery company men were always professional from beginning to end. I tipped them extra !!!!

Just the cheapest and most basic model, but after the last year and a half with our old beat down fridge, it is a godsend! I love it. The guys that delivered it were super quick, efficient and respectful. I flipped the way the doors swing after I took this picture. It took me a little over an hour to flip it, but now that I know what I’m doing it could probably be done in like 20/30 minutes.

Bought Insignia 21cu ft white convertible freezer refrigerator last month, very spacious, works very well so far great built quality. Best Buy always has best prices. Love to shop with Best Buy

Love this refrigerator. I replaced a 20y red old fridge and this is night and day. It is roomy, lighted amazingly inside and the tree-drawer freezer holds a huge amount of food. The installer was wonderful and careful and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. All in all a great experience and a good buy.

The install went through without a hitch. Technician was professional, courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my product and the install.

William and his helper kept us up to date on when they would be at our home. They unloaded to Insignia Freezer / Refrigerator. They allowed me to inspect it before they brought it in to the house. They allowed us to decide which direction that we wanted the freezer to face. Then they leveled it. They even reinstalled the laundry room door that I had removed before they arrived. They cleaned up all the trash from the freezer and left.

This is my third refrigerator in two years so hopefully the third time is the charm! So far so good. The first refrigerator was replaced fairly quickly as it was constantly running and very loud. The second refrigerator worked fine until last March when the compressor went out. I ended up losing all the food in my freezer and most of what was in my refrigerator. I thought Best Buy would replace the compressor but decided to just get me a new refrigerator though it took two months for the new one to be delivered. Fortunately, for everyone, I had a second refrigerator. The delivery went smoothly, and the two guys that delivered were very professional, and did a great job!

Microwave are beautiful. Delivered and installed, no scratches.

I think it’s one of the best refrigerators I have ever purchased.
